Michael was born into an automotive family. At age six he was already working on cars and by 13 he was welding. It was not until 1992 that Levitas joined the Porsche Club of America and participated in PCA Club Races. It was through these races that Mike started to develop as a driver, piloting a 911 GT2 Turbo, a car that he had built himself. Michael turned his attention to IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge series as it was based around the legendary Porsche GT3 Cup Car. Levitas has already seen multiple podiums and 1st place finishes. As his TPC team continues to grow so will his racing aspirations.
